Body Building and Physiques Sports Association Nagpur, Vidarbha in association with Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) is organising Vidarbha-level ‘Mahapaur Shree 2019’ Bodybuilding Competition on Sunday at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel ground, Kacchi Visa.
Around 100 bodybuilders from all parts of Vidarbha are expected to participate in one-day competition that will be organised in eight groups. The first five cash prizes in each group is Rs 20,000, Rs 15,000, Rs 10,000, Rs 7,000 and Rs 5,000.
Apart from it the champions of champion will get Rs 51,000 and the cash prize for best poser is Rs 31,000. The winner in each category will be selected for West Zone championship to be held during Khasdar Krida Mahotsav on January 12 at Yeshwant Stadium.
Union minister Nitin Gadkari and former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis will inaugurate the event at 6 pm on Sunday.
