Nagpur: Speaking at Vidarbha Level Traders meet of Confederation of All India Traders, New Delhi (CAIT) P.K. Agrawal Chief Commissioner of Central GST said that he takes an oath that he will always work as friend of businessmen while doing his duty as and not tax administrator.
He appealed businessmen to pay taxes timely & do their business with ease. He said that by paying taxes we help in nation building. He further said that he works by having full faith on businessmen. Referring to speech of Prime Minister in Gyan Sangam a Conference of tax administrators, he said that the P.M. had advised them to work friendly with tax payers. He said that his office works as tax facilitator rather than tax collector. Referring to GST he said that this was the biggest economic reform in history of independent India. GST system is totally transparent. He explained that there are no two GST but it is single but with bifurcation in two part. He appealed to the businessmen to meet him any time if they have any difficulty. He said that he is always ready to go to other cities to address businessmen if needed.
Speaking of the occasion B.C.Bhartia National President Confederation of All India Traders, New Delhi (CAIT) said that ease of doing business increases if officer like P.K.Agrawal who has vision like businessmen are there. He further said that CAIT has always advised businessmen for timely compliances of statutory work.
Traders from all parts of Vidarbha were present on the occasion & put their views on the subjects of the meet. Vivek Verma of Credit Enable spoke on the occassion &said that Credit Enable is working with CAIT & facilitating loans to traders on few documents.
On the occasion an online marketing platform Bharti Web was launched by P.K.Agrawal Chief Commission Central GST. Explaining features of the app Nikhil Mundale said that businessmen can do online marketing through this app at nominal charges.
On the occasion Rajeshwar Newal of Hindu Economic Forum gave details of activities of the forum. He explained that through such forum businessmen can increase their business multifold.
At the beginning of summit Gopal Agrawal Chairman TEAM CAIT Nagpur welcomed the delegates. TEAM CAIT Nagpur President Kishore Dharashivkar gave brief details of activities of TEAM CAIT Nagpur.
