Two people died and one severely injured in an accident on Ramtek Amandi Marg near Nagpur Jabalpur highway on Sunday.
According to the information received, a speeding Bolero collided with a four-wheeler car, after which the Bolero lost its control over the vehicle and banged with a Tempo truck. All three vehicles were coming from Jabalpur and heading towards Mansar.
In the incident a policeman of Ramtek police station died on the spot, a hotel worker sustained serious injuries. A woman driving the Bolero also died on the spot.
The police constable who died in the accident is identified as Ritesh Bhopre, resident of Manewada Road Mangaldip Nagar, Nagpur. Further investigation is underway.
