St. Francis de Sales High School and Jr. College will be celebrating its 150th anniversary from January 23. The year-long celebration will witness numerous events while the grand celebration will be held on November 7 in which Chief Justice of India Sharad Bobde will grace the occasion as Chief Guest.
The celebration will start on Thursday with a Feast of St. Francis de Sales, the patron saint of the school with the Holy Eucharist at SFS Primary premises. Elia Gonsalves, Archbishop of Nagpur will be present on the day along with all the priests who are associated with SFS. The year long programme will include cultural programs along with sports, debates, and essay competitions.
The School is planning to publish a souvenir which will be distributed to all the students who have studied in the school. The celebration will conclude on January 23, 2021 with a thanksgiving mass.
