Science is a matter of learning from everyday practice. Curiosity gives rise to new type of experiments among students. Experimentation allows for open concepts in students’ heads. The exhibition of science helps the child scientists to realize this open concept, said Prof. Dilip Diwe, chair of the Education Committee at ‘Young Science Festival’.NMC in association with HCL foundation has organised two day science fair at Br.Sheshrao Wankhede Vidyaniketan, Ramdaspeth. At the ‘Young Science Festival’ 45 middle schools in the city along with the municipal schools have participated in the experiments in which around 150 projects have been displayed.Students of Surendragad Hindi Secondary School, Municipal Corporation, at Young Science Festival created a model on ‘Orange City Smart House’ project for Mayor’s House. Many exciting projects and model has also been made by the students with an aim to solve the major problems faced by any city.
