The Deputy Mayor, Manisha Kothe has ordered to restart the schools which fall under Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC), and those which are already active should be provided with quality education and means to run the schools smoothly.
The decision came after a program Janta Darbaar held at the Hanuman Nagar zone on Wednesday. During this meet, Kothe attended the complaints of the citizens which included the issues of encroachment, cleanliness, fogging, sewage lines, illegal construction, lid on the chamber and many more.
Taking the complaints seriously, the Deputy Mayor gave all the officers the necessary instructions and directed them to start working on it as soon as possible. She also urged all the health inspectors to take action on the related complaints.
In total 38 complaints were registered during the Janta Darbaar program in Hanuman Nagar. She urged the officials to see which all problems can be solved on the same day itself so that the remaining compliant can be eased.
