It is seen that the civic body of a particular city or the government is to be blamed for a substandard situation of the city. The Municipal Corporation is blamed for the unhygienic surrounding and a filthy atmosphere around a corner of the city or a locality.
But sometimes, it is also a duty of the citizens to maintain what has been provided to them. Recently, the government of Maharashtra and Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has been trying hard to make Nagpur a better city, rather would say a smart city.
The Nagpur Smart and Sustainable City Development Corporation Limited (NSSCDCL) came up with many innovative ideas to keep the city clean and also maintained hygiene around the city.
But as seen in the picture, few people will never take part in the struggle done towards the betterment of the city and will never play a role to maintain it or appreciate it. They don’t take it on themselves and will never take a stand as well instead will be the first one to blame when things are going wrong.
