The last date of application process for admission under Right to Education has been increase till March 4. The state education department extended the deadline for the online application under RTE after receiving complaints about the glitches faced by the parents in filling up the form.
RTE Action committee Chairman Shahid Sharif wrote a letter to the department on requesting to extend the online application dates after receiving complaints from parents as they are finding difficulty in filling the forms due to slow server speed, website crashing.
Now parents can once again undo all the mistakes occurred while filling up the application forms. Parents are also requested to see the internet speed before filling up the application forms.
Recently many independent schools in the city have decided to boycott the admission process under RTE due to unpaid bills by the government. This decision has created a tension among the parents.
