Recently Drishti Learning Center, in association with Kingsway Hospitals, organised Helen O’ Grady 12th Annual Drama Fiesta 2020 at Veterinary College Auditorium, Seminary Hills. Over 300 students participated in the drama festival and delivered enthralling performances.
The poise with which the children carried themselves and their effervescent confidence spoke volumes about the huge transformation in them. They looked wonderful in their authentic colourful costumes and received a huge round of applause from the audience.
Megha Vivek Agrawal, Director, Drishti Learning Centre, organised the event. Helen O’ Grady teachers Chahak, Lavina, Batul, Mahek, Kanan, Jigisha, Disha prepared the children for stage. The year 2019-20 saw a huge number of plays of various genres staged by Helen O’ Grady. These included ‘The Murder at Mornington Manor’, ‘School of Superheroes’, ‘Caterpillar’s Change’, ‘The Old Woman Who Lived In The Shoe’, ‘Circus Capers’, and ‘Pirate Joe’. The kids played their parts well, bringing characters to life on the stage.
