With the onset of summer, the demand for sugarcane has increased.
Due to which the sale of sugarcane has started in the cotton market of Nagpur, sugarcane is brought here for sale in many parts of Vidarbha.
A lot of sugarcane comes here from the village of Saoner, located just a few distance from the city.
Apart from this, sugarcane also comes from Anjangaon-Akot.In this scorching heat, the residents of the city get relief from the heat by drinking sugarcane juice.
During summer the temperature of the city crosses 45 degrees due to which shops of sugarcane juices are seen all over the city.
