In a press meet held at Vibhagiya Ayukta Karyalaya on Tuesday, Divisional commissioner Dr. Sanjeeev Kumar informed that citizens traveling from abroad to the city are being put through a check-up on Dr. Babasaheb International Airport.
The suspected persons are shifted to the MLA hostel and are put under continuous 24-hour surveillance. Along with the MLA hostel, few more government facilities have been made available. Alone in the MLA hostel, 1,500 people can stay. Special doctors have been appointed for the check-up of the patients.
