Indian Society for Heating Refrigerating & Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) Nagpur Chapter has Elected new CWC team for the year 2020-21. Mr. Ajay Pandey Elected as President, Prof. Ashish Rout as Secretary, President-elect Narendra Pampattiwar & Treasurer Nitin Rewatkar.  In the COVID – 19 epidemic situation the entire world is under lockdown, so ISHRAE Nagpur chapter come up with online CWC installation ceremony concept and it was held on 15th April 2020 at 06:00 pm. A wide response was obtained for this online installation ceremony. The chief guest for this function was Mr. Richie Mittal, ISHRAE National president, and oath ceremony administrated by Mr Kedar Patki, Regional Director West.
The other CWC office bearers are Past president Sudhir Raje, Architect Mahesh Mokha, Er. Madhav Joshi, Mr. Sanjay Kanetkar, Mr. Sunny Ganpule , Mr. Mayr Bhole , Mr. Abhilash Shah & Mrs. Namrata Lotiya . In the event National President inaugurated new Theam of word HELP where H:- High, E:- Explore, L:-Lead, P:-Passion , with a encouragement letter designed by Mr. Ajay Pandey president Nagpur Chapter .
Also all the CWC team & chairs have been allotted the certificates for the responsible posts.
In the presidential speech Mr. Ajay Pandey motivated the team to responsibilities of technical society towards engineering students & to devlop the technics for contamination controls in hospitals. Mr. Ajay Pandey asked to technocrats to have more webinars on Air conditioning to focus the green environment, pure air quality with their fullest capability & take responsibility to fight the corona pandemic.  
In the Team chairs have be allotted as Mr. Nilesh Kate- Program Chair, Mr. Shashank Dongarwar –Membership chair , Mr. Moin Naqvi – Training Chair , Prof Satish Lokhande –Student Chair, Amardeepsing sethi-Advocacy Chair, Sanjay Tatavwadi- Marketing Chair  & Mrs. Namrata Lotia –Womans Chair . National President Mr. Richie Mittal in his speech said they are having great expectation from Nagpur team lead by Mr. Ajay Pandey & given the best wishes.
The total program was conducted by MOC Mr. Sanjay Tatavadi & Narendra Pampattiwar delivered the vote of thanks. More than 100 members were present during the program, such as National President, Mr. Richie Mittal-National, President Elect Mr. Amitabh Surr, RD, west from Indore & many more members were present in the web installation.
