The Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday announced the dates of boards exams. CBSE will conduct the remaining Class 10 exams (for students of violence-hit North-East Delhi) and Class 12 board examination between July 1 and July 15.
The HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has also announced the dates for JEE Main, NEET. The JEE Main will be conducted between July 18 and 23, while the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is scheduled to be conducted on July 26. The JEE Advanced will be held on August 23. The dates for the UGC NET, IGNOU entrance exams will be announced soon.
The CBSE Class 10 exams have been suspended for 2020 in the subjects where they have not been conducted, although students from North East Delhi, who missed exams that other students have already appeared in, will have to appear for these, HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ announced on Tuesday when he interacted with students on their concerns.
