‘Role of Youth in Nation Building and National Integration’ National level webinar to be held on July 10

A National level webinar jointly organized by VNIT, Rourkela NIT, IGNOU Nagpur, IIIT Nagpur, and IIITDM Kurnool on the topic ‘Role of Youth for Nation Building and National Integration’ will be held on July 10 at 11 am.
This Webinar will discuss how the youth will contribute to the Nation Building and National Unity and be an integral part of this “Unity in Diversity”.

Time and Technology have narrowed down distances in terms of connection and communication. Prime Minister Narendra Modi mooted the idea of a sustained and structured cultural connection between denizens of different zones of the country. Thus emerged the “Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat” initiative.
This webinar is also part of this Initiative with collaborations of VNIT, Nagpur (Central India), NIT, Rourkela (Eastern India), IIITDM, Kurnool (South India), IIIT, Nagpur (Central India) and IGNOU (with All India Presence) represented by its Nagpur Regional Centre.
In India, if you travel from South towards North, for every 100 kms you will find a different dress, different food, different language, or accent. When you reach Delhi or even Jammu, you will have vivid experiences. Similarly, if you start from eastern India say Odisha towards western side say Mumbai, then also you will have multiple experiences. But, in spite of so many variations, you never feel discomfort. You feel safe and happy and enjoy different cultures, different languages, and different varieties! That is what we call as “Unity in Diversity”.
Thus one can understand the Indian phrase of “Unity in Diversity”.
