On the occasion of Rakshabandhan, special delivery for rakhi mail will be arranged on August 2 at prominent post offices in the city.
Similarly, a control room has also been set up at divisional office under the supervision of assistant superintendent (HQ) for delivery of rakhi on day-to-day basis. Similarly, post offices have been instructed to accord top priority for booking and immediate dispatch of rakhi mail. Special boxes have been kept at prominent post offices in the city for the dispatch of rachis.
