Involving illegal money laundering, one more offence was lodged against infamous Tapan Jaiswal and his aides at Bajaj Nagar on Monday. According to complainant Rahul Dalvi, he had taken loan from Tapan at 15 % interest rate. After he failed to pay instalments of interest, Tapan and his aides started threatening him.
As the loan amount was returned, Tapan and his aides grabbed Dalvi’s house which was kept mortgaged. Recently the crime branch started taking action against Tapan Jaiswal and his gang, Dalvi met crime branch officer and lodged the complaint. After examining documents, crime branch lodged an offence at Bajaj Nagar police station on Monday night.Earlier,the crime branch had lodged an offence at Bajaj Nagar Police station and arrested Tapan and his aides for doing illegal money lending,extorton,threatening on July 27.Later,another offence was lodged at Pratap Nagar Police Station against Tapan gang. After Tapan and his aides got bail in the first offence, he was arrested immediately in second offence of Pratap Nagar.After this PCR is over; police will be arresting him again in offence of Bajaj Nagar police station again.
