The outbreak of pandemic in complete sense affected in our lifestyle especially in education sector. And the number of positive cases in city is increasing day by day. Amid this situation, it is becoming difficult for the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) to conduct entrance exams for engineering pharmacy, LLB and B.Ed.
As per information DTE is considering starting admission process without Common Entrance Test (DTE).According to the information, admission process cannot start without CET being conducted. Even if the state government allows the colleges to open and permit conducting CET, it will take over two months for preparations for the examination, conducting the exams and declaring the results. After the results are declared, it will take another two months for the DTE to begin the admission process and start accepting applications and to process them. This will also the academic session of the Nagpur varsity. It will also change the entire examination cycle as the exams of the first semester will get delayed.
