In view of the number of passengers travelling to Mumbai, and there are only three trains are plying in a week hence citizens are demanding the resumption of Duranto Express services to Mumbai. There are many students and executives from city and Vidarbha working or studying in Mumbai.
Earlier there was Sewagram Express,Vidarbha Express and Duranto Express available to citizens, since the lockdown all the trains have been stopped. As most of the students and working professionals have to resume their office in October and colleges as well and hence citizens are demanding resumption of Duranto Express, as it is very convenient option for passengers. At present running Howarh-Mumbai mail has huge waiting and hence citizens are facing lot of inconvenience.
