Nagpur University which was the first to come up with the idea of conducting final year exams via online through Pariksha App turned out to be a nightmare for the students. Officials claimed that the app would be functional even without internet services and will only require internet connectivity at the time of login and submitting the paper.
But even after testing hundreds of times, students faced problems while logging in the Pariksha App. Varsity is conducting the final year exams from October 8 in order to avoid the physical presence of students during the pandemic and risk life.
On the first day of the examination, many students faced problems login for the exam through the app. Panicked students when called the helpline number there was no one responded it.
In order to begin the exam following step was advised by the university.
To start the examination, correct login, and password should be used. The password is case sensitive which should be entered carefully. OTP will be received on registered mobile numbers only.
Many students said that they were not able to log in as they complained that the OTP was not generated and waited hours to complete the process.
