Regional Meteorological Centre, Nagpur issued a warning of thunderstorm with lightning & light to moderate rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places over Nagpur and nearby areas.
RMC Nagpur in their update said, “A fresh Low-Pressure Area is likely to form over the central Bay of Bengal around 19th October. It is likely to become more marked during subsequent 24 hoursâ€.
A trough extends from WC Bay of Bengal to Well Marked Low-Pressure Area over the EC Arabian Sea roughly along lat.18 deg. N across Coastal AP & Telangana. Under its influence, fairly widespread r/f with light to moderate intensity is expected over Vidarbha today.
