Nowadays the Ambazari Biodiversity Park has become a den for young couples who spend their entire day in the tranquility of the park for a nominal fee. However, it seems that there is no control of Joint Forest Management Committee on the movement of these couples.Ambazari Biodiversity Park spread over 750 hectare land is a part of reserved forest and more than 150 species of birds nestle in the shady trees of the garden. The garden is also sanctuary for some animals and also constitutes an important place for scientific bird watching. Hence it is always necessary to maintain quiet atmosphere in the garden.
However, the authorities with an intention to give boost to tourism and earn revenue are ignoring the free movement of couples inside the garden. Initially the garden was thrown open morning walkers and cycle trackers following which it was opened to common people. As per information, there is no forest expert on Joint Forest Management Committee which is why conservation of precious flora and fauna has been completely neglected. Earlier the entry was permitted from Hingna MIDC side. Nowadays the entry is also permitted from Wadi, Pandhrabodi side.
