Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has resorted various alternatives to increase the number of passengers after the lockdown. In this context, MSRTC will launch special cleanliness drive in every depot of the MSRTC from December 1.The MSRTC has taken the pledge to keep all depots, bus stand and premises clean. Besides this, order has given to start the booking of the concerned bus after it arrives in the platform. Under this, a cleanliness drive will be launched in all the depots MSRTC from December 1.Cleanliness of the premises will be done by cleaning the bus stand and buses.
Many times, passengers are not given tickets during the journey. For this, 12 to 13 traffic controllers will be present at the Ganeshpeth bus stand. To avoid such cases, strict instructions have been given to the conductors to book tickets before the exit of MSRTC bus from the depot.
