The second capital of the state continues to witness slight dip in the COVID-19 cases. But the death count once again went up. On November 30, the city detected 288 fresh coronavirus positive cases taking the cumulative number to 111765.
With 18 people succumbing to the infection in the day, the total count of fatality reached to 3672. From the total deaths 2534 deaths from the city and 630 from rural and rest 508 from out of Nagpur, an official release said.
After the fresh updates, the total active cases of the city now stands at positive 4926 cases including asymptomatic cases advised for home isolation.
Meanwhile, 295 persons became free of the infection in the day taking the cumulative number of recovered cases to 102845 (including 57380 home isolation recoveries). With less recoveries the recovery rate is also dropping down, today it stands at 92.31%.
Today’s 288 positive cases were reported from various hospitals.
AIIMS (54), GMC (86), IGGMC (49), MAFSU (16), NEERI (13), RTMNU (15), Private Lab (43), and Antigen (12).
Today’s 18 fatality cases belonged to:
Rural (3), City (6) and out of city (9).
