Even though the winter is welcomed by the privileged wealthy people by colorful pashminas and festive moods, it brings a lot of sufferings to the poor people of our country. Quite sadly, many poor people in our country cannot afford to buy warm clothes for winter. In this scenario, women and children especially suffer more. For this reason, in this month of December, INDRAKAMLA FOUNDATION with its members took an initiative to reduce the sufferings of few of these people.
On 14th December President Kamla Singh & Chairperson Indrapal Singh has started the drive later volunteer took it forward. Almost 80+ winter cloth/sweaters for children’s, ladies & gents were distributed including 30+ Shawl were given to poor & homeless peoples living near KP Ground, LIC square and under RAM JHULA Flyover, behind Nagpur Railway Station.
This attempt might not alleviate all their problems, but may decrease their sufferings to a little extent. You can contact us to donate your old cloth which is of no use to you.
