This is really a good initiative as the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has launched an initiative on WhatsApp related to different complaints like hanging electric cables, open transformers, etc can be registered on this WhatsApp.
And for this two numbers have been issued for the Nagpur district. The power distributor has issued number7875010052 for Nagpur City and Butibori. For rest of the district; number-7875766619 can be used to make complaints. The point to be noted here is that these numbers can only be reached through WhatsApp.
