It is really a proud moment as two students of NMC School have brought laurels to the city. The two students named Swati Vinod Mishra and Kajal Ramnaresh Sharma of Surendragarh Hindi Secondary School of Municipal Corporation were selected by Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam Foundation for a small satellite launch in Rameswaram.As per information, one thousand students from all over the country were selected for this project.
The satellites will be launched on February 7 and will set the world record. Under the guidance of Municipal Corporation teacher Deepti Bist, two students had realized their project. Both the students will leave for Rameswaram by Tamil Nadu Express on Thursday, February 4.Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari stated that students in Municipal Corporation schools have abundance of will power and they just need proper guidance.
