In the wake of growing demand from citizens and students to start metro early, the metro rail on the aqua line between Sitabuldi Interchange and Lokmanya Nagar will now start from 6.30 am daily from February 22.
The trains on this route would run at an interval of every fifteen minutes.
Currently the metro rail on the aqua line starts at 8 am. The new time table would benefit a large number school, college students and employees working at various establishments on the route.
