The Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University will be completing 100 years in 2023.As per information,the university will get Rs.50 crore for its modernization for centenary festival.
MLC Abhijit Wanjari had demanded that government should provide Rs.100 crore to the university for world class building, ultra modern laboratory and a playground to host national sports tournaments and other facilities. Deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar assured that Rs.50 crore will be given to university and principal secretary of finance department already initiated the process in this regard.
