After a person has sent a WhatsApp message to Justice Rohit Dev of Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court, asking him to not give bail to the accused Amrinder Singh Harminder Singh Bagga in a land grabbing case. After the incident, Justice Dev took cognizance of this illegal act and asked judicial management to submit report till March 5.As per information, on October 1, 2020, Wathoda police lodged FIR against Bagga and other accused on the complaint of Tavarlal Chhabrani.
The dispute is related to 5I76 feet of land in the layout of Unnati Grihnirman Sahakari Sanstha. Bagga moved High Court to get anticipatory bail in this case. An anonymous person taking out a photograph of that particular area recorded in the case sent a WhatsApp message to the mobile number of Justice Dev. Along with this, he mentioned not to give bail to the accused below the photograph.
