 The Postmaster General, Nagpur Region, will be holding ‘Dak Adalat’ on March 15 at 11 am at his office in Shankar Nagar Post Office Building, 1st Floor, Nagpur. Complaints/grievances regarding postal services pertaining to Vidarbha region which have not been settled within six weeks will be entertained in ‘Dak Adalat’.
The complaints relating to unregistered/registered mails, Speed Post, counter services, savings bank, and non-payment of Money Orders etc will be considered during ‘Dak Adalat’. According to a press release issued by the department, complaints should contain details like names and designations of the officers whom original complaint was addressed to, particulars of articles etc.
