In Nagpur, there is a need to increase the number of vaccination to control the growing number of corona cases. By using the private hospitals for vaccination we can achieve. Mayor has demanded that in Nagpur city, vaccination should be allowed to start in private hospitals like in Pune and Mumbai. Dyashankar Tiwari has proposed for this to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in a letter.
Mayor stated that, in Mumbai and Pune, the trained team and 100 bed hospitals have been allowed for vaccination for vaccination. If the hospitals in Nagpur is allowed in such a way, then it will be possible to control the growing number of corona cases. Therefore, Nagpur Mandal Commissioner had requested the permission to provide private hospitals for this purpose from March 4. But he was surprised that the Government of Maharashtra has not done any action.
Now, according to the Central Government, all citizens will be provided to all citizens of 45 years and above are eligible for vaccine from April 1. If the Government of Maharashtra permits private hospitals, then maximum citizens can be given to the higher citizens and help to reduce the inflammation of Corona. In that case, the Mayor discussed in relation to the Central Health Ministry, he said that no proposal for Nagpur Municipal Corporation was sent to the Government of Maharashtra.
Mayor explained that we do not have any different demand for Nagpur. Only those rules that are applicable in Mumbai and Pune should be applicable in Nagpur. Regarding this, he expected that he would give a relief to the people of the above mentioned decision.
