In the recently declared results of the last examination held by the Institute of Cost Accountants in December 2020, Nagpur chapter of Cost Accountant has created a record of the number of students who cleared the Finals in a single session.
The NCCA produced 28 complete pass Cost Accountants and 62 passed in the Intermediate Examination of the Institute examination in December 2020 which is the best ever result recorded.
Shrikant Nagilwar scored highest marks 74.75% in the final group and Mohd. Danish secured highest marks in intermediate i.e. 77.10%.
Nagpur Chapter of Cost Accountants congratulated all the students who cleared the Intermediate/Finals. Director of Studies CMA Prabhudas S Patil appreciated efforts of NCCA, learned faculties CMA. Renu Kulkarni, CMA Pushparaj Kulkarni, CMA (Dr.) Aditi Sontake, and others.
Continuous guidance of Regional council (WIRC) Member CMA Shriram mahankaliwar, Chairman of NCCA CMA Anil Verma and Secretary NCCA CMA VVS Murty motivated the students.
Nagpur Chapter of Cost Accountants is ahead not only in academic area, but also in professional development field. NCCA has representation in Agriculture Task Force of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountant (ICMA) through CMA (Dr) Srihari Chava one of the member in a committee formed by the institute. Continuous guidance of CMA Dr. Chava and past president CMA P. V. Bhattad has always boosted the tempo of students to improve chapter performance.
NCCA is also organizing various workshop/webinars on the subject of the interest of society at large that commensurate to Govt policies. It includes sector wise study like Agriculture, Farmers, Cost, Finance and Direct / Indirect Taxation.
NCCA also has an advisory committee consists of senior members, faculties, director of studies, and management committee members, for improvement of results and overall development of students. The committee is also advising from time to time as to how Cost students can exhibit excellence in the professional community.
