After many employees testing positive for coronavirus in the Zilla Parishad head office, the employee’s unions have demanded to ban the entry of visitors completely following orders of the State government. Taking cognizance of this demand, the engineers of the public works department have decided to close the main entrances of Zilla Parishad for the visitors.
Recently, many employees at the ZP head office have been testing positive and one employee has even succumbed to death due to the virus. This has created fear among the employees. The president of Castribe Zilla Parishad Karmachari Sanghatana Dr Sohan Chawre said that the executive officer of the public works department will deploy security guards on the main entrance and employees wearing identity cards only will only be given entry.
