Pench Tiger Reserve, Bor Tiger Reserve, and Umred Paoni-Karahandala Sanctuary for the next 15 days due to the rise in COVID cases and imposition of state-wide lockdown from April 15.
The ecotourism activities in all three national parks will be completely suspended from April 15 from all the entry gates of these national parks till the orders for the complete lockdown are in operation, informed PTR Field Director in a press release on Wednesday.
Similarly, Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) will also remain closed from April 13 to April 30 as per the information provided by TATR Field Director on Wednesday.
Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray imposed lockdown in all over Maharashtra on Tuesday where he mentioned ‘Break The Chain’ initiative to curb the COVID-19 which created havoc among the administration and citizens.
Entire booking amount of the advance bookings made for the period between April 15 to 30 shall be deposited in e-wallet of the respective booking account on www.mytadoba.org.
The account in e-wallet shall be valid for the period of six months. Tourists can contact on helpline for any further clarification or additional information.
