As we know, the vaccination of citizens above 18 years of age will start from May 1.And Zilla Parishad president Rashmi Barve has appealed to all the gram panchayats in the district to get a 100 percent vaccinated. In these, the first three gram panchayats to achieve 100 percent target of vaccination will be honored with prizes at the district level.
She stated that confidence that maximum vaccination will help in preventing the increase of Covid infection. After reviewing the preparations she directed the officials to provide adequate materials to the first aid centres in district. The Zilla Parishad has sent a proposal of Rs.57 crore to the government for the arrangement necessary facilities and equipment to control infection in the district.
