After the cancellation of flights due to the pandemic, the travellers are facing a difficulty to get the refund of fare. As per information, there are large number of passengers who could not travel due to cancellation of flight. As per the official sources, many cities and countries abroad such as London, Muscat,Dubai,Canada,Singapore,Paris,Frankfurt and others have put a ban on arrival of passengers from India for some duration.
However, passengers from these places and areas are allowed to come to India. In such situations, empty aircraft are being sent to these destinations after waiting for 2/3 days and passengers are being brought to India. With cancellation of flights, the complaints of refund have also increased. And action will be taken in regard to refund only after any clear directive from airlines.The Nagpur office of Air India is also facing regular complaints about refund by passengers.
