In shocking incident, jewellery worth Rs.1.60 lakh of a woman suffering from Covid was stolen from Midas Hospital in Ramdaspeth recently. As per information, this is the second incident of theft from hospital. Last week, the jewellery of a woman from Radiance Hospital at Ambedkar Square was also stolen.
As per the sources, the sixty-nine year old patient, a resident of Pratap Nagar was admitted to the Midas Multi-speciality hospital on April 24.And after getting discharge from hospital she found she lost the jewellery.They enquired in the hospital and got a cold response. After that they lodged a complaint with Bajaj Nagar police station.
