Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority, (MahaRERA) recently slapped the builder Kishore Govindrao Kanhere over lathargy in his project. MahaRERA asked him to complete the pending work and handover all agreed amenities, delayed possession under the  provisions of section 18(3) of the RERA Act ,2016 in his registered project K-Square Apartments.
As per the information, The name of Builder, Ankit Construction by Kishore Kanere has builded 7 storied Apartment namely ” K ” Apartment in Narendra Nagar Nagpur area.
booking was done on the basis of brochure published by the respondent showing certain amenities such as covered car parking, garden and children play area etc.
However, the builder unnecessary delayed to handle the project along with open space as mentioned in plan and also Corpus fund ,which he had collect from the flat owners during booking. Also, Builder Kanhere had taken more money from what was agreed upon in the agreement for sale, for such agreed amenities.
Finally MahaRERA has directed builder Kanhere to pass the corpus fund collected from the flat owners for maintenance, and provide all the promised amenities. The result is an eye opener for many city builders, who had promised huge amenities, but do not fulfill in reality.
