The Regional Meteorological Centre has issued yellow warning signals of heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places mostly for Orange City for the next two days.
Nagpur city received 39.87 mm rainfall till Thursday morning i.e July 22, while the rural area received 35.84 mm rain in the last 24 hours. As per the data since June 1 Nagpur city received 478.7 mm rainfall to date.
RMC in their latest updates said that Nagpur will receive Heavy rainfall at one or two places.
“Thunderstorms with lightning and Light to moderate rainfall very likely at few places over Amravati and Chandrapur and Light to moderate rainfall very likely at isolated places over Akola, Wardha, Bhandara and Gadchiroli districts of Vidarbha†RMC added.

Under its influence, a Low-Pressure Area is very to form over the northwest Bay of Bengal and neighborhood during the next 48 hours.
