In an effort to Adopt and Empower the villages , Rotary Club Of Nagpur Vision visited Village Peth and organised a talk on progressive farming . The speakers were Dr Rokde , Principal Scientist and incharge of Krishi Vigyan Kendra and Dr Jajodia of Krishi kranti Kendra . Past District Governor Dr Satish Sule encouraged the village Sarpanch to initiate Rotary Community Corps. Almost 35 beneficiaries attended the workshop .The session was followed by a tree plantation at the village by the members and spouses of RCNV . President Rtn Vikram Naidu gave the opening remarks . Hon Secretary Rtn Jaishree Chhabrani gave the vote of thanks . Directors Rtn Jugal Kishore Agarwal and Rtn Ritesh Tehaliyani made great efforts to make the project successful. The villagers were gracious enough to invite the Rotarians for Mahaprasad on the auspicious day of Guru Purnima . The RCNVians also enjoyed the leisurely walk besides the riverside near the village Peth .
