The 2nd phase of the suspended Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 will reportedly kick off with Mumbai Indians (MI) taking on Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on September 19. The update hints that the schedule has been altered as they were scheduled to face for the 2nd time in the 47th game of the season. The IPL 2021 was suspended after 29 completed matches.
The sources confirmed that the tournament will kick off on September 19. The report adds that the final of the tournament will be played on October 15. The first Qualifier will be played on October 10 and will be followed by Eliminator on October 11.
Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are three venues that will be hosting the event, the report adds
