The Regional Meteorological Centre Nagpur has issued a yellow warning for Nagpur. According to the prediction, Nagpur will receive heavy rainfall and thunderstorm.
According to the data received from Rainfall Recording Analysis, Dept. of Agriculture, Govt. of Maharashtra, Districts wise rainfall for all districts of division Nagpur as on August 18 till 3:04 PM Nagpur received 31.8mm rainfall in last 24 hours.
The heavy rain and ghastly wind have surely brought some relief from the humid weather and increased temperature.
On August 17 Nagpur the maximum temperature of the city was recorded at 29.5 °C, while the minimum temperature recorded on August 18 was 23.6 °C.
RMC also recorded Thunderstorm with rain observed at many places over East Madhya Pradesh, at few places over Vidarbha & Chhattisgarh. Monsoon been active over West Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha & Chhattisgarh and normal over East Madhya Pradesh.
