Traffic for vehicle owners would be closed till October 15 from Bhola Ganesh Chowk to Gajanan Chowk in view of proposed cement concreting work of the road to be taken by Nagpur Municipal Corporation under phase III. The road work will be taken up from Azad Chowk to Lakdi Pul/Zenda Chowk to Sakkardara Chowk upto Juni Shukrawari.
Radhakrishnan B, Municipal Commissioner, has issued an order on Tuesdeay in this regard. The corporation has given instructions to the contractor and Executive Engineer, including mentioning of dates of beginning and ending of works, putting up of boards at both ends by contractor mentioning his address, mobile number, appointing security guards, volunteers etc., says a press note issued by NMC.
