Dr Akhilesh V Peshve, Principal of M P Deo Memorial Dharampeth Science College, has been selected for prestigious Dr K Krishnakumar Gold Medal, by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
The award will be conferred upon Dr Peshve on Teacher’s Day function of the university. Dr Krishnakumar was a former principal of Dr Ambedkar College, Deekshabhoomi and OSD to R S Gavai, former Governor of Bihar.
Dr Peshve has excelled in promoting research and is known for his academic and disciplined pursuits.
