Senior journalist from Nagpur Rahul Bhalchandra Pande has been appointed Information Commissioner by Maharashtra Government. He is among the three State Information Commissioners appointed on September 16.
The notification to this effect was issued under signature of the Governor Bhagatsingh Koshyari on Thursday, after the names were cleared by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. The other two persons appointed are –Sureshchandra Gairola and Sameer Sahai.
