IndiGo Airlines on Sunday started new flights for Lucknow and Chennai from Nagpur.
Apart from this, Go First also restarted its flight to Pune, that it had stopped due to lockdown. IndiGo has also started a flight to Goa.
This has taken the total number of flights being operated by the city ariport to 28 arrivals and 28 departures.
Go First’s long closed Pune flight is now running at 7.20 am with a new number, G8-751. This flight reaches Nagpur from Pune at 8 pm and makes a night halt here and leaves for Pune at 7.20 am. Indigo has also started a new flight for Delhi at 11.55 pm. At the same time, an additional flight has been included for Mumbai at 5.55 pm.
Those passengers leaving Nagpur airport who have got both the vaccines for Covid, do not require RTPCR test for any city other than Bengaluru. Apart from getting both the vaccines, those going to Bangaluru are required to have the RTPCR test negative.
