The State education board has decided that the examinations of class 10th and 12th will be held according to the prevailing pattern.
The examinations will be conducted in February March only. The new pattern will not be prepared on the basis of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) pattern.
Actually, CBSE post poned its examinations due to COVID infection. Due to which the board had to face the challenge of evaluation and declaration of results.
However, in view of the difficult situation, CBSE declared the results. A new pattern was prepared so that such problems do not reappear:
According to this CBSE is conducting the examination twice a year. In view of this move of CBSE, it was believed that the state education board would also adopt this pattern and change its prevailing pattern. Sources said that a high-level meeting of the education department and board officials was held recently regarding this issue. In this meeting, the pattern of CBSE was dis cussed.
Sources said that looking at the situation in the state’s schools and junior colleges and the number of students, it was concluded that at present it is not pos sible for the board to take the examination on the lines of CBSE.
