Even as the pandemic continued to cast its shadow of stress, Zee TV attempted to lighten up the country’s collective mood by offering its viewers an escape from all the stress via the route of rib-tickling comedy through its popular reality show, Zee Comedy Show.
While the show has helped every Indian family unwind on their couch with some of India’s top comedians making them LOL their stress away, this weekend, the show is all set to have its Grand Finale. Culminating on a grand note, the ace choreographer Geeta Kapur will grace the show and entertain us with some interesting anecdotes.
While her charming personality and her killer dance moves are all set to mesmerise the audience, it will be the ten comedians of Zee Comedy Show who will come together as Team Hasaayenge to make each one of us laugh out loud, one last time!
The hilarious acts put up by all the comedians coupled with the witty reactions and comments of our Laughing Buddha Farah Khan left everyone in splits during the shoot. In fact, the special spoof acts like Gaurav Dubey, Mubeen Saudagar and Ali Asgar’s hilarious version of Dhadkan and Mubeen Saudagar, Sidharth Sagar and Gaurav Dubey’s insane adaptation of Sooryavanshi left everyone in splits. BallRaaj’s stand-up comedy and the humorous Zee Comedy Show Awards made everyone laugh out loud too!
All in all, it was a truly hilarious and apt end to a fun-filled season of Zee Comedy Show.
Talking about the finale, Laughing Budda Farah Khan mentioned, “The whole team including all the artistes, the directors, the producers and the production team deserve a round of applause. It was truly a pleasure working with all of them and out of all the reality shows I’ve done till now; this is the one I will miss the most. It was a privilege to sit here and not judge these guys, but to enjoy all of their acts. I love all the artistes and I respect their talent. I feel we had the best bunch of artistes. I must add that I got an extended family through Zee Comedy Show as well and I wish we come back with another season. The thought behind the show as well as the concept was really great, and I loved everything. Thanks to everyone who showered their love on us and supported us throughout this journey.â€
