South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC) has organised a workshop on communication skill and elocution art from November 19 and 21 in its premises here in Civil Lines in which Shweta Shelgaonkar, noted anchor, soft skill trainer and public speaker, will give training to participants daily from 10 am to 1 pm.
