The Nuisance Detection Squad (NDS) of Nagpur Municipal Corporation checked seven kite shops in Laxminagar Zone on Tuesday, seized 500 plastic kites and recovered a fine of Rs 10,000/-. The squad checked in all 57 shops in ten zones on Tuesday.
Besides this, it also took action against three establishments and collected a fine of Rs 15,000/- during the checking of 42 establishments and mangal karyalayas. The action was taken under the guidance of Radhakrishnan B,Municipal Commissioner, and Veersen Tambe, Chief of the squad.
